DELEGATES / MRS. EAST OAHU
Mrs. East Oahu
Raised in Waipahu, having lived in Mililani, and now in St. Louis Heights, I am very proud to carry the district title of Mrs. East Oahu “with a Westside Story”. I never thought that I was skinny enough, tall enough or pretty enough to even think about participating in an experience such as the Mrs. Hawaii Pageant. However, wouldn’t you say enough “IS” enough?! Last year, we celebrated my 50th birthday. I truly believe age is just a number and it is never too late to achieve and to be your best self. I have seven- yes, seven grown sons and seven beautiful grandchildren, and I find myself lucky to be married to an amazingly supportive husband who brings out the best in me. Serving as the Senior Program Director at the Kaimuki YMCA, I support my staff in the growth and development of their leadership roles and provide a safe and positive culture for our members to thrive. I hope to be an example and inspiration to others to find their purpose, live aloha and to lift others up in the journey so we can make this world a better place FOR ALL.
